With his wealth of knowledge Bill has been an indispensible part of our backstage team since 1999. On many occasions his lighting designs have won high praise from adjudicators at drama festivals and have contributed to our productions winning Technical Excellence awards - notably for his contribution to Happy Birthday Mr President or Who Killed Norma Jeane. Within a month Bill was back at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre lighting our major production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Bill had the challenge of multi-area lighting for our studio theatre productions of The Cripple of Inishmaan and Breaking The Code.

For our Woking Theatre presentation of Journey's End Bill's lighting created the vital atmosphere. His atmospheric lighting for the award-winning garden setting of But Yesterday received high praise from festival adjudicators. In 2015 Bill's lighting helped win the Technical Merit at Spelthorne Drama Festival for our Youth Production of Loose Connections. The following year he lit youth presentation of A + E.

In recent years Bill has become an invaluable member of the Saturday morning team who create the sets for all our productions
