A musical based on the stories of Dr Seuss, creator of The Cat In The Hat children's books. An amateur production by arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI)
All of our favourite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie la Bird, and a little boy with a big imagination - Jojo, are all featured in the magical world of Seussical. The colourful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. After danger, kidnapping, and a trial, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are challenged and emerge triumphant.
Seussical brings this surreal take on life to the stage in an explosion of colour, dance and song. A wonderful half-term treat for the whole family. Come and find your inner child...
