Maddison Heywood

Maddison joined the group in 2018 and was immediately cast as Corvino's delightful, obedient but long-suffering wife Celia in our classic comedy Volpone - a character in complete contrast to her next role, the fiery Rosie Pye in our successful 2019 comedy Humble Boy. She ended the year playing contrasting roles - a night club dancer and a nun (!) - in our popular musical Sister Act.
For a time Maddison also served as Publicity Officer for the group, reaching out to local community newsletters and events pages to promote productions as well as curating RDG's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube pages.
